An AI meal planner that plans around your calendar
Most planners just hand you recipes. Eat Roostly plans for the week you actually have.
Calendar-aware
Roostly reads your week’s busy nights and keeps those dinners quick — and can write the meals back to your calendar so everyone knows what’s for dinner.
Allergy- & diet-safe
Every plan is filtered against each household member’s allergies, intolerances, and diets — best-effort safety, on by default.
Pantry-aware
Plan around the food you already own. Snap a photo of your shelves and Roostly reads what’s in them, then shops for the rest.
Shopping list + cart
The week becomes one organized, aisle-friendly list — then send it straight to your Kroger cart in a tap.
Share your household
Plan together with the whole household, and keep a separate plan for each home you cook in.

Meal planning questions, answered
What people ask before they hand over a week of dinners.
Is there a meal planner that syncs with Google Calendar?
Eat Roostly does both directions. It reads your Google Calendar before it plans, so the night you have a 7pm game gets a 20-minute dinner instead of a braise — and once the week is set it can write the meals back to your calendar so the whole household knows what’s for dinner. Most planners only push out; reading your schedule first is the part that actually saves the week.
How does an AI meal planner actually build the week?
You tell Eat Roostly who you’re cooking for and how much effort you want on a normal night. It then looks at your calendar, the food already in your pantry, your household’s allergies and diets, and what you’ve rated highly before, and generates a full week of dinners in about a minute. Any meal you don’t like can be swapped for another one.
Can it plan meals for a family with multiple food allergies?
Yes. Each household member gets their own allergies, intolerances, and diet, and every plan is filtered against all of them at once, so you get one dinner the whole table can eat instead of cooking twice. Filtering is best-effort and on by default — always check labels for a severe allergy.
Can a meal planner use what’s already in my pantry?
Snap a photo of your shelves, fridge, or freezer and Eat Roostly reads what’s in them. The week is then planned around the food you already own, and only the missing ingredients land on your shopping list — which is where most of the waste and the extra grocery spend goes.
Is Eat Roostly free?
